Description
Polished Coated Germanium is an optical lens made using germanium (Ge) as a material with a high refractive index and a wide spectral operating range (2-16 μm). It typically has a small surface curvature and chromatic aberration, which helps maintain image clarity and sharpness in imaging systems. It has excellent chemical stability and mechanical properties to maintain high performance in harsh environments.
CNGE produces large size Ge lenses with AR Coating, DLC Coating, Reflective/HD Coating in strict accordance with
MIL Standard/ISO Standard and can be customized in a variety of shapes such as plano-concave, plano-convex, bi-convex, bi-concave, crescent, and aspheric lenses for different applications.
