Description

Broken germanium metal is made from high pure germanium at vacuum clean room. The minimum purity is 99.999% and size range is 1mm – 50mm.

Further, CNGE is able to produce evaporation grade germanium granules in sizes from 1mm to 80mm pieces and regular spherical shots, which is easily used in vacuum chamber crucibles.
