Description
High purity germanium and silicon are both important semiconductor materials, usually with a purity of 99.9999% (6N) or higher, obtained by purifying industrial Ge and Si, and after further processing, single crystal germanium and silicon, polycrystalline germanium and silicon can be obtained. Both are basic raw materials for the semiconductor industry and the solar photovoltaic industry.
